Once the install/download process starts, let it grab the first 20MB or so and then pause it, and then exit the Epic Games Launcher. Go to your library, find the game you want to transfer from the other PC, and click the Install button. First, get the Epic Games Launcher installed on the new PC, log in, and get the confirmation email code for your account (which can sometimes take several minutes to arrive).
