I'm level 23 and he just basically solo'd the Legendary Deathclaw. He'd absolutely DESTROY everything in the game.

On the one hand if you could give them any weapon and let them cut loose imagine what Arcade could do with the Alien Blaster. It's easy to see both sides of this issue though.
